Our pre-glued wooden dowel pins are manufactured in the same way as our standard dowels in accordance with DIN68150.

The diameter, however, is set to 0.1mm lower - this has been proven in recent years.

This product is coated with glue, which will be activated with the addition of water.

All standard machines for injecting dowel pins can be converted accordingly - for more information please contact your machine manufacturer.

Dowel rods are made like our wooden dowels according to DIN 68150.

The standard length of our multi grooved sticks are 100cm.

The advantage of birch plywood is the 100% perfect fit, but is not well-suited for fast processing due to the lower swelling behavior.

All dowels are packed in 1000 pieces but we also offer loose packaging and self-service packaging.

The JOWE cone system is made of beech and can withstand high loads.

Our system has been developed for metal-free and dismountable joints (such as beds) according to Feng Shui or Bioline.

The standard model has the format 200x25x16mm (LxWxH) and has 3 cutouts for 3 cone dowel pins. These pins are used in the counterpart with a 12mm drill bit.

The underside of the cone strip has a small chamfer, and thus facilitates installation in the workpiece
